As WoxWear, being aware of our role in the global textile supply chain, we ensure maximum transparency, security, and compliance with international financial standards in all our trade and payment processes. To protect our business partners' investments and provide a seamless experience in cross-border trade, we implement banking-level security protocols and verifiable commercial procedures.

1. CORPORATE AND SECURE PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTURE

All financial transactions conducted with WoxWear are carried out within the framework of corporate reliability principles:

• Official Accounts: All transactions are processed exclusively through official and commercial bank accounts opened in the name of Wox İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. Personal accounts are strictly never used.
• Transparent Invoicing: For every order, a detailed "Proforma Invoice (PI)" suitable for international trade is issued, followed by a "Commercial Invoice" during the shipment phase.
• International Standards: A transparent financial process is operated in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) principles.
• Record Keeping: All payment details, receipts, and commercial agreements are recorded in writing and are subject to mutual approval.

2. ACCEPTED INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the most secure and cost-optimal payment methods based on our customers' geographical locations and the scale of the projects:

• Bank Transfer (SWIFT / EFT): The most common and secure standard method for our global B2B transactions.
• SEPA Transfer: Commission-free, fast, and reliable Euro (€) transfer infrastructure for our business partners in Europe.
• Corporate Payment Solutions / Credit Card: 3D Secure protected international online payment links for sample orders or low-volume transactions.
• Letter of Credit (L/C): For very high-volume corporate projects, bank-guaranteed payment options can be evaluated subject to mutual agreement.

3. PAYMENT PROCEDURES BY ORDER STAGES

Our financial processes are based on a fair cash flow model that protects both the manufacturer and the brand.

Sample Orders (Sampling)

• The sample fee is collected in advance so you can test the pattern, fabric, and print quality before moving to production.
• Production planning begins upon payment confirmation, and the average sample delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 days.
• In the event that the order turns into bulk production, the paid sample fee is deducted from the total order amount.

Bulk Production

In bulk production projects, a staged payment plan is applied to mutually minimize risks. Standard rates are set at 50% / 50% or 60% / 40% depending on the project scale:

• Advance Payment (Deposit): Requested for order confirmation, fabric sourcing, and the start of production.
• Balance Payment: Requested prior to loading, upon completion of production, finishing Quality Control (QC) processes, and the products being ready for shipment.

4. MAXIMUM PROTECTION AGAINST FRAUD (ANTI-FRAUD POLICY)

Protecting our customers against cybersecurity risks in international trade is one of our top priorities. Please pay attention to the following rules against cyber attacks such as invoice fraud (BEC Scams):

5. DATA SECURITY, PRIVACY, AND KVKK/GDPR COMPLIANCE

All commercial and financial data shared with WoxWear during payment processes are protected at the highest level within the scope of international data protection laws (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK):

• Your tax numbers, bank details, and commercial agreement details are not shared with third parties or institutions under any circumstances.
• Data is strictly used for legal taxation, customs declarations, and official accounting records, and is securely stored on protected servers.

6. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS AND EXPORT COMPLIANCE

As a partner producing at European standards, WoxWear transparently manages the customs and export operations for all fully paid orders. Upon completion of financial approvals, your products are dispatched with fully prepared official international trade documents such as ATR, EUR.1, Certificate of Origin, and Packing List.
