Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before visiting and using this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). All visitors and entities accessing, using, or requesting services through the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "User") shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted all the terms and conditions set forth below.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please immediately cease using the Site.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SCOPE OF SERVICE

This website is managed and operated by Wox İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (WoxWear), headquartered in Izmir, Turkey. All content, images, and information provided on the Site are for promotional, informational, and preliminary communication purposes only.

The primary purposes of use for the WoxWear website are:

• Promotion of globally offered textile manufacturing services (OEM/Private Label),
• Sharing technical content regarding custom production processes, fabric sourcing, pattern, and printing techniques,
• Establishing preliminary communication channels for brand collaborations, B2B orders, and sample requests,
• Presenting sustainable and corporate manufacturing solutions to potential business partners.

WoxWear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or completely remove the services, product specifications, and technical details on the site without prior notice.

2. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The ownership and intellectual property rights of all materials on the Site belong to WoxWear or are used under a valid license agreement. These contents include, but are not limited to:

• All texts, articles, and technical descriptions,
• Product photos, graphics, illustrations, and videos,
• Pattern drawings, production systems, and supply chain diagrams,
• Logos, trademarks, titles, and corporate identity elements,
• The general design, software, and source codes of the Site.

No content on the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, used for commercial purposes, or republished on another platform (including data mining/scraping) without the prior written consent of WoxWear.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are obliged to comply with all applicable laws and the rules of this agreement while using the Site. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

WoxWear reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice block the user's access to the site and take necessary legal actions if it detects a violation of these rules.

4. PRODUCTION INFORMATION, SAMPLING, AND QUOTATION PROCESSES

The production details displayed on the site (fabric weight options, minimum order quantities - MOQ, printing/embroidery techniques, and production lead times) reflect our standard service profile and are for general informational purposes.

• Binding Nature: Forms filled out, emails sent, or sample requests made through the Site do not in any way automatically create an order and do not substitute for a legally/financially binding contract.
• Pricing: Estimated prices shared on the site or during initial communication may vary depending on raw material costs, exchange rates, supply chain conditions, and requested custom workmanship.
• Contracting Stage: Final production conditions, price guarantees, quality standards, and delivery times become definitive only after an official Production or Sales Agreement is signed between the parties and a Physical Sample is approved.

Additionally, due to color calibration differences in device screens (monitors, phones, etc.), there may be tonal differences between the fabric/print colors seen on the site and the physical products.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may occasionally contain links redirecting to third-party websites, social media platforms, or pages of cargo/logistics partners in order to enhance user experience or provide references. The content accuracy, privacy policies, or security standards of these platforms are beyond the control and responsibility of WoxWear. All risks associated with accessing third-party sites belong to the User.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• "As Is" Presentation: The Site content is provided in its current state and "as is". WoxWear makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the currency, uninterrupted availability, or error-free nature of the information.
• System Errors: WoxWear cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect material/moral damages that may arise from the use of the Site due to technical infrastructure issues, server maintenance, data loss, or cyberattacks.
• Force Majeure: Service or access interruptions caused by natural disasters, war, communication infrastructure collapses, legal regulations, or other force majeure events developing beyond the control of WoxWear are out of the scope of liability.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (KVKK AND GDPR COMPLIANCE)

As a company producing at international standards, WoxWear attaches the utmost importance to user privacy. Company information, contact details, and technical files (Tech Pack, etc.) shared by users via forms:

• Are processed solely for the purposes of evaluating your request, pricing, and communication.
• Are protected under trade secret and cannot be sold or transferred to third parties except for legal obligations.

8. INTERNATIONAL USE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS

Our site broadcasts from Turkey and appeals to a global audience. Confirming the compliance of the services or product standards on the Site with local consumer laws, customs rules, or textile regulations (e.g., specific labeling requirements) in the User's country is entirely the responsibility of the User placing the order.

9. SEVERABILITY AND RIGHT TO AMEND

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be deemed omitted from the text; however, all remaining provisions shall remain fully in force.

WoxWear reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice, in line with updates in market conditions, legal obligations, or company policies. Amendments shall take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The interpretation, application, and resolution of any legal disputes that may arise from these Terms of Use shall be governed by the Laws of the Republic of Turkey, regardless of its conflict of law provisions. Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the resolution of possible disputes.
