Screen Print on Garments
Screen Print

Screen Print for Bold, Durable Graphics

Screen print is the industry standard for strong, long-lasting graphics on streetwear. Ideal for logos, bold typography and solid color designs on hoodies, tees and sweatshirts.

  • Best For

Logos, text graphics, bold shapes, 1–6 color designs and larger production runs.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Cotton, cotton blends and most fleece qualities with strong opacity and coverage.

  • Production Notes

Requires screens and setup, making it more cost-effective at higher quantities.

DTG Print on T-Shirts
DTG Print

DTG Print for Complex, Full-Color Artwork

Direct-to-garment printing works like a textile printer on your T-shirt. It’s perfect for detailed, multi-color artwork and smaller runs where you don’t want to invest in screens.

  • Best For

Photo-like images, gradients, detailed illustrations and small batch drops.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Works best on high-quality cotton T-shirts and sweatshirts with pre-treatment.

  • Production Notes

No screen setup needed; unit cost is higher but flexible for low quantities.

DTF Print Transfers
DTF Print

DTF Transfers for Flexible, Strong Logos

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers give you vibrant logos and graphics that can be applied on demand. Ideal when you need flexibility in placements or multiple product types.

  • Best For

Logos, badges, chest prints and sleeve details across different garments.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Suitable for cotton, blends and many performance fabrics with good stretch behavior.

  • Production Notes

Printed on film first, then heat-pressed onto garments — efficient for varied placements.

Sublimation Print on Polyester
Sublimation

Sublimation for Vivid Prints on Polyester

Sublimation bonds the ink into the fibers, not just on top of them. Colors are strong, lightweight and never crack — perfect for performance wear and all-over printed polyester garments.

  • Best For

Performance T-shirts, jerseys, training sets and full-surface patterns.

  • Fabric Compatibility

High polyester content fabrics; not suitable for 100% cotton.

  • Production Notes

Requires white or light base; colors become part of the fabric and stay breathable.

Hologram Print Details
Hologram Print

Hologram Prints for Reflective, Iridescent Effects

Hologram prints create a reflective, color-shifting effect that reacts to light and movement. Great for statement logos, limited drops and details that stand out at night.

  • Best For

Logos, chest prints and small graphic areas on hoodies, tees and jackets.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Works on most flat surfaces with heat tolerance, from cotton to blends.

  • Production Notes

Requires careful heat application and is often used as a premium upcharge detail.

All Over Print Garments
All Over Print

All Over Prints for Full-Pattern Garments

All over print covers the entire garment with a pattern or artwork. Perfect for loud streetwear, matching sets and capsule collections built around a graphic theme.

  • Best For

Pattern-heavy designs, matching sets, statement hoodies and shorts.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Depends on method used — sublimation for polyester, rotary or panel print for cotton.

  • Production Notes

Often done on panels before stitching to keep the artwork aligned with the pattern.

Flock Print Texture
Flock Print

Flock Prints for Soft, Raised Texture

Flock gives a suede-like, velvet texture to your graphics. It adds depth, tactility and a premium feel to logos, typography and simple shapes.

  • Best For

Typography, minimal logos, small graphic areas that benefit from tactile impact.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Suitable for most cotton and cotton-blend garments with a stable surface.

  • Production Notes

Applied via adhesive and flock fibers or flock transfer; not ideal for very fine details.

Stone Print with Rhinestones
Stone Print

Stone Applications for High-Impact Graphics

Stone print uses rhinestones, studs or similar elements applied in patterns. It’s made for bold graphics, logotypes and designs that need a nightlife-ready, high-impact feel.

  • Best For

Logos, symbols and graphic elements on hoodies, tees and jackets for bold collections.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Heavier, more stable fabrics that can hold the weight of stones and studs.

  • Production Notes

Higher labor and material cost; ideal for limited runs and statement pieces.

Garment Dye Process
Garment Dye

Garment Dye for Washed, Lived-In Color

Garment dye means dyeing the finished piece instead of the fabric roll. The result is a washed, slightly uneven color with a soft handfeel — perfect for vintage-inspired streetwear.

  • Best For

Heavy hoodies, tees and sweat sets with a vintage or washed look.

  • Fabric Compatibility

Mostly cotton or high-cotton blends that can handle dye baths and washing.

  • Production Notes

Color can vary slightly between pieces — part of the aesthetic, not a defect.

Order Samples - FAQ

Can I order samples without placing a bulk order yet?

Yes. You can start with samples only. After you receive and approve them, we can schedule your bulk production if you decide to continue.

How many sample rounds do you recommend?

Most brands are ready after one or two sample rounds. We usually refine fit, fabric choice or print details between rounds.

How long does it take to receive my samples?

Average lead time is a few weeks, depending on product type and complexity. We’ll confirm timing for your specific case before starting.

Are sample costs deducted from my bulk order?

In some projects, part of the sample cost can be credited when you place a bulk order. This depends on quantity and product mix — we’ll clarify this during the initial discussion.
